In-Line Air Conditioning Company, Inc.’s Safety Program
- All new employees are automatically enrolled in a 10 hour OSHA safety training course generally administered by the Mechanical Contractors Association or other OSHA approved training facility.
- Service Apprentices undergo a full year of safety training during their first year as Apprentices at the United Association’s Edward Gehm Training facility in Hazlet, N.J.
- In-Line Air Conditioning Company, Inc. has a full safety program in writing that we make available to our clients upon request that is modeled after the Mechanical Service Contractors Association’s National Safety Manual.
- In-Line Air Conditioning Company, Inc. is enrolled in MCAA’s monthly safety nationally recognized and accredited program that provides our employees with safety updates and DVDs that cover a wide array of topics such as: Fall Prevention, Material Handling, Eye Hazards, Confined Space, Electrical Safety, Tool Safety, Aerial Lift Safety, Ladder Safety, Hazardous Materials & HAZCOM, etc.
- All In-Line Air Conditioning Company, Inc. employees undergo extensive training every year on industrial plant safety with emphasis placed on working safely in a chemical plant atmosphere.
- On all major projects, In-Line Air Conditioning Company, Inc.’s work teams hold regular job box safety talks to ensure that our workforce is always working in the safest manner possible.
